Primitas Learning Partnership is extremely proud to be a RISE Support Organisation, commissioned by the DfE to work with schools in challenging circumstances in order to effect rapid and sustained improvement.

This role is both a huge privilege and a significant responsibility and it reflects the confidence that the DfE places in our educational leadership and our capacity for impactful school improvement in primary and secondary phases, in both mainstream and special settings.

As well as providing a fantastic opportunity for contributing to school improvement in the wider education sector, becoming an effective RISE Support Organisation has many positive implications for our Trust; i.e in terms of staff development opportunities, trust growth and the ‘opening of doors’ to work even more closely with the DfE to shape educational policy.

Our school improvement work as a RISE Support Organisation work has been extremely successful so far – to the extent where we advise other trusts on how to provide RISE Support. It has also been immensely satisfying for a Trust like Primitas which prides itself on being, first and foremost an educational venture.
